    熔体流动速率测试方法ISO标准与ASTM标准的对比分析

    Comparison and Analysis of Melt Flow Rate Test Method Standards of ISO and ASTM

    • 摘要: 熔体流动速率是衡量热塑性塑料熔体流动性的一个重要指标,对其加工具有指导作用.其测试主要受温度、负荷、预热时间(及开始测试的时间)、挤出物切段时间间隔、活塞起始位置以及活塞移动距离等因素影响.对比分析了国际先进测试标准ISO和ASTM对以上因素的规定,发现除了对开始测试时间没有做出规定外,ISO比 ASTM更为合理.最后根据对比分析结果,对熔体流动速率测试方法国家标准的修订给出了建议.

       

      Abstract: Melt flow rate is an important index for characterizing melt fluidity of thermoplastic and it can guide the processing.Temperature,preheat time(and test starting time),extrudate cut-off time interval,piston starting position and piston displacement are main factors affecting the test results of melt flow rate.Melt flow rate test method standards of ISO and ASTM were compared and analyzed from above affecting factors.It was found that except not setting starting time,ISO was more reasonable than ASTM.Finally,revising suggestions on melt flow rate test method national standard of GB/T 3682-2000 were put forward according to the comparison and analysis results.
