Crack Analysis of Base Plate Bolt for Main Steam Isolation Valve of a 1 000 MW Nuclear Power Unit

摘 要
采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相分析、断口扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,对某1 000 MW核电机组进口主蒸汽隔离阀基板块螺栓裂纹性质进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓裂纹为锻造(轧制)过程中形成的裂缝。

Abstract
By means of macroscopic analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic analysis, fracture scanning electron microscope analysis and energy spectrum analysis, the crack property of the base plate bolt for main steam isolation valve of a 1 000 MW nuclear power unit was analyzed. The results show that the crack of the bolt was forging crack formed during forging (rolling).
