FRACTURE ANALYSIS OF 20Mn2 STEEL TUBE IN QUENCHING AND TEMPERING

摘 要
规格为 127 mm×11.5 mm的20Mn2钢管在热处理时发生断裂现象,对断裂钢管进行宏观观察、成分分析和金相分析。结果表明,钢管在热处理中,加热温度过高或加热时间过长,而过热或过烧是导致钢管断裂的主要原因。

Abstract
Fracture occured when 20Mn2 steel tube with size 127 mm×11.5 mm was heat treated. Macro fracture,chemical composition and microstructure were observed and analyzed. The main reason of fracture during heat treatment was that the tube was over heated or over roasting for the too high temperature or too long time.
