Design of Portable Magnetic Leakage Testing System for Pipeline

摘 要
将嵌入式技术、信号处理技术与漏磁检测技术结合起来,研制成一种适用于野外作业的便携式管道缺陷漏磁检测装置。实验测试表明,该装置在管道外侧一次扫查能检测出管道内外壁缺陷,其灵敏度及检测效率高、成本低,在冶金、石油化工以及城市水暖供应等部门具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract
A portable magnetic flux leakage testing device for field inspection of the pipelines was developed by combining embedded configuration, signal processing a magnetic flux leakage testing. Experimental data showed that the device was of high sensitivity, high efficiency and low cost. The defects both in inside and outside walls of a pipelines could be detected by scanning only once from the outside and it had wide application prospects in the fields of metallurgy, petrochemical industry, water supply and city heating piping systems.
