Repeatability and Reproducibility Analysis for Ultrasonic Measurement System of Zirconium Tube
摘 要
对核用锆合金管材尺寸超声波测量系统的重复性和再现性分析方法进行讨论,采用ROTA25超声波检测系统对核用锆合金管材进行测量与数据分析.结果显示,所阐述的测量系统能力分析方法可用于超声波测量精密管材尺寸的能力评价,并能进一步提高系统对超声波测量核用锆合金管材的可靠性的控制能力;所采用的ROTA25系统具有较好的测量重复性;在进行管材检测时,须在测量前、检测过程中每2 h对系统进行校准,可确保系统的再现性,保证整个检测过程数据的可靠.
Abstract
Discussions were made on the repeatability and reproducibility of the ultrasonic measurement system for zirconium alloy tube size.The ROTA25 ultrasonic detection system was used for zirconium alloy tube size measurement and data analysis.The results showed that the capability of the elaborated measurement system could be used for the evaluation of ultrasonic measurement precision capability,and could further be used to improve the reliability controlling capacity of ultrasonic measurement of nuclear zirconium alloy tube.ROTA25 system possesses reasonable measurement repeatability whereas calibrating the system in every 2 hours before the measurement and during the testing process might be required to ensure the reproducibility and reliability of the test data.
