X-Ray Tangent Applied In Testing the Interface Between the Propellant Surface and its Coating

摘 要
为实现自由装填式固体推进剂装药包覆层/药柱粘接界面脱粘缺陷的检测,针对X射线切向射线照相技术进行了理论分析与检测试验,优化出了适宜的检测条件和检测方法。采用该方法对典型推进剂装药包覆层/药柱粘接界面脱粘或分离的面积性缺陷进行了检测,通过对被判报废药柱的解剖结果证明,检测结果准确可靠,能有效控制固体推进剂装药质量。

Abstract
X-ray tangent detection was induced to test the interface between the propellant surface and its coating. The adhesive defect properties of the interface used in free-assemble solid propellant were researched. The optimized investigating condition requirement and the method were found out, and the defect area surface of the interface between the propellant surface and its coating on typical propellant was characterized. The results show that the experiment method is credible and it can be very effective for the quality improving of the solid propellant.
