A Method to Take Pictures for Measuring Shear Area of DWTT Specimen Fracture

摘 要
针对落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)试样断口形貌特征, 采用合适的照明和借助配有60 mm微距镜头的普通数码照相机, 通过对断口照片垂直景深和三维尺寸变形情况等进行分析, 得出了一种获取三维尺寸变形小且图像清晰的DWTT试样断口数码照片拍摄方法。采用该方法摄取的照片, 可使定量法能够更精确地测量DWTT试样断口剪切面积。

Abstract
According to fracture characteristics of DWTT specimens, a common digital camera with 60 mm macro lens was chosen to take pictures of specimen fracture under a suitable illumination condition. And a method was found to take high-quality pictures with high definition and little three-dimensional deformation, by analyzing vertical depth and three-dimensional deformation of these pictures properly. This method could be used to quantitatively measure the percent shear area of DWTT specimen fracture accurately.
