Application of Correlation Coefficient to Data Acquisition of Ultrasonic Smart Pig
摘 要
超声波缺陷信号的定量分析虽然已经有过较多的研究,但能符合工程要求的却不多。从工程应用的角度研究用相关系数法来定性、定量分析管道内壁腐蚀缺陷信号。实验结果表明该方法准确可靠、简单易行,可以较好地满足长输管道超声数据实时采集的要求。
Abstract
Although previous researches on quantitative analysis of ultrasonic defective echoes have been done, few can meet the engineering requirements. Correlation coefficient method is put forward in this study in terms of engineering application to have a quantitative and qualitative analysis of defective echoes. The experiment proves that this method is practical as well as simple, satisfying realtime requirements of data acquisition of ultrasonic smart pig and possessing great value in engineering application.
