16MnR钢在多种回填材料中的腐蚀行为
          
Corrosion Behaviors of 16MnR Steel in Various Backfill Materials

摘    要
测定了钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土、粘土、氧化镁和水泥粉等候选回填材料在封闭洞室中自然吸水条件下的性能,研究了16MnR钢片在5种回填材料中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,回填材料的含水率、Cl-含量和pH值是影响16MnR钢片腐蚀速率的主要因素.16MnR钢片的腐蚀速率随着回填材料厚度的增加而降低,在氧化镁和水泥粉中的腐蚀速率明显小于在钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土和粘土中的腐蚀速率.回填厚度超过12 cm时,氧化镁和水泥粉中钢片的腐蚀速率仅为同样高度钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土和粘土中钢片腐蚀速率的1/10.氧化镁和水泥粉的回填厚度超过5 cm,或者钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土和粘土的回填厚度超过12 cm时,填埋在它们当中的16MnR钢片的腐蚀速率均小于挂片的大气腐蚀速率.

Abstract
Five kinds of materials,including Na-bentonite,Ca-bentonite,clay,magnesium oxide(MgO) and cement were selected as the backfill materials of burying containers made of 16MnR steel.The properties of the five backfill materials were determined,and the corrosion behaviors of 16MnR steel in the five backfill materials were investigated.The water content,chloride ion content and pH value of backfill materials determined the corrosion rate of 16MnR steel.The corrosion rates of 16MnR steel decreased with the increasing thickness of backfill material and were lower obviously in magnesia and cement than in Na-bentonite,Ca-bentonite and clay.Especially,the corrosion rate of 16MnR steel buried in magnesia or cement was about tenth in Na-bentonite,Ca-bentonite or clay.The corrosion rate of 16MnR steel was less than the atmosphere corrosion rate of 16 MnR steel hung in the cavern,when the thickness of magnesia or cement was more than 5 cm,or thickness of Na-bentonite,Ca-bentonite or clay was more than 12 cm.
